Write a message and others can comment. It's a great way to keep discussions focused and to the point. Whenever you want to review a message thread, it's easy to go back to it. Of course, if you really want, you can have all the comments made sent straight to your email!
Need to show the team that presentation? Words aren't enough and need to explain with an image? You can easily attach documents and images to your message or comment.
