You can assign todo items to yourself or you can set them to someone else. It's easy to know which items are assigned to you at a glance because these items are highlighted in yellow.

You can add multiple files to todo items. Can't explain exactly what you want in words? Just attach a screenshot.

Set dates to your todo items so you know when your items are due. Each todo item is color-coded: red for OVERDUE, orange for those items due TODAY and green for all items due in the future. It's just like the traffic light colours.

Comments are a great way to discuss every item. Sometimes you need that little bit of extra information. Or you may need to explain why your item is late!

Overwhelmed with all the todo items? Just filter by name to see just the items assigned to you or those assigned to any other team member.

Want to prioritize? You can drag and drop any todo item and change the order they all appear in.

You can even reorder entire lists simply by dragging and dropping.
